UNICEF is mandated by the UN General Assembly to advocate for the protection of children's rights to help meet their basic needs and to expand their opportunities to reach their full potential under the guidance of the Convention of the Rights of the Child. cooperates with NGOs to achieve goals in the reduction of IMR, MMR, malnutrition, and in the increase of safe water provision, primary school enrolment, salt iodizaiton and immunisation. Its resource centre is not open to the public

The aims and objectives of PSRD are to undertake activities for the welfare of physically handicapped persons in order to give them self-respect and to enable them to be self-supporting citizens and, also, to adopt preventative measures against physical disabilities. The PSRD run a 105 bed orthopaedic hospital

Objectives: to work for human rights (women, children, youth and farmers), to work for poverty alleviation, to work for physically disabled people, to work for the promotion of health facilities, to work for interfaith and social harmony, to work for environment development, to work for education (formal, non-formal, technical).

We provide rehabilitation to disabled children/persons, awarness amoung parents, we also work for the capacity building, training of the trainers

The aim of this organisation is to work in a greater inter regional connectivity for promoting and reinforcing mutual cooperation through exchange of information and doing multidisciplinary research for the advancement of science, education, ethics and human development.
